The
KFR-32GW/X1c is a wall mounted air conditioning heat-pump with (3.5
kW / 12000 Btu) cooling and heat capacity. These heat pumps are designed
for light commercial and residential use but do find themselves
installed on professional projects such as server rooms and COM's rooms.
The
KFR-32GW/X1c is a fixed speed unit which means the compressor
is running when the thermostat engages. It has now been introduced as a
inverter model in the form of the
KFR-33IW/X1c (3.5 kW/12000Btu) INVERTER model which was introduced by
Chigo/Airconditioningcentre in 2010. The system comes with a 4 meter
pipe service which is pre lagged with insulation, cable and small drain
hose. These can be extended with a jointing union which comes with the
2, 4 or 6 meter extension kits which are available.
Overview of the KFR-32GW/x1c:
The
KFR-32GW/X1c is aimed at the electrician, plumber and general
builder market and is very popular in new builds or for space heating in
office heating / cooling environments. Even though it's relatively cheap
price tag the
KFR-32GW/X1c is a good quality system with powder coated protection
on the outdoor condensing unit and ridged frame. The indoor unit is
finished in ivory white and has a circular bezeled display which shows
temperature of the room and air defusser direction which is rather
attractive. Compact and reasonably light weight the indoor unit is only
175mm deep so does not protrude from the wall very much so is ideal for
living room air conditioning or over-door style application as
associated with hotel air conditioning. The air conditioning remote
controller is a standard LCD display type with 3 mode function (heat /
cool / auto) with multi function fan settings for the indoor unit.
